Doc’s Candles began in 1997 as a hobby of Filipino doctor-painter, Dr. Marichu Liwag. She learned the craft through reading numerous books and perfected the art of candle-making ever since. Aiming for perfection, she created her own designs, style and color patterns.
Morten Carstensen, is the General Manager and attends to Sales, Inquiries and daily administration of Doc’s Candles.
Retail Sales in the Philippines is done through over 30 malls nationwide kiosks, department stores and franchises. For more retail information please visit our Retail pages. Export goes out to as many as 20 countries including USA, Denmark, Sweden, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, Germany, UK and Russia.
With agency networks and established Doc’s Candles agents in 6 countries we hope to establish a solid international candle brand that emphasizes not only on design and artwork but also functionality in normal households.
